Xyvrona Manufacturing
Xyvrona Manufacturing is the production layer of Xyvrona Group. We focus on micro-scale nutraceutical manufacturing, using compact equipment layouts and controlled processes to turn formulations into real products.
Our goal is to keep the critical stages of production close to research: short feedback loops, traceable batches, and the ability to iterate quickly without relying on large external factories.
Micro-Factory Model
Phase 1 – Prototype Lab
Small-batch development and process testing. We validate recipes, mixing parameters, and handling procedures before scaling output.
Phase 2 – Micro Production Line
Compact production line designed for controlled runs, allowing us to move from dozens to thousands of units while keeping full visibility on each batch.
Phase 3 – Scale and Replication
Once a process is stable, the same micro-factory model can be replicated or expanded, increasing capacity without losing traceability or control.
Capabilities and Process
Xyvrona Manufacturing is built around clear, repeatable steps rather than one-off production runs. Each stage is designed to be observable and adjustable as we learn from real data.
- Controlled mixing and deposition workflows for functional gummies and related nutraceutical formats.
- Batch-oriented processes that make it possible to track inputs, parameters, and outputs for every production run.
- Close coupling with Xyvrona BioScience, so formulation changes and process updates can be tested without long delays.
- A focus on compact layouts and efficient use of space, allowing meaningful capacity within a micro-factory footprint.
Quality, Safety, and Collaboration
Xyvrona Manufacturing is being developed with an emphasis on clear procedures and documentation. As our capabilities expand, we aim to align our workflows with relevant quality and safety standards for nutraceutical production.
- Structured batch records and process notes for each production run.
- Defined cleaning, handling, and material-control routines.
- A roadmap that includes formalising quality systems as the micro-factory scales.
We are open to conversations with partners and organisations interested in micro manufacturing, pilot runs, or future collaborations around this model.
